2. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online or via our customer support.
- All services must be prepaid or paid upon delivery.
- We accept UPI, cards, and other digital payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Pickup & Delivery
- We provide doorstep pickup and delivery within select locations.
- Time slots are subject to availability. Delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances are possible.
- Customers must ensure someone is present to hand over or receive the garments.
4. Garment Responsibility
- Iron Buddy takes utmost care of your garments.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by weak fabrics, color bleeding, or pre-existing defects.
- Please check your pockets before handing over clothes. We are not responsible for lost items.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be canceled before pickup.
- No refunds are issued after processing has started unless the issue is due to service failure from our end.
6. Unclaimed Garments
Garments not collected within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date will be considered unclaimed and may be donated or discarded.
7. Policy Updates
Iron Buddy reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
