1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are non-tangible and personalized (laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, etc.), so returns do not apply like with physical products. However, we do allow refund or re-service under valid circumstances.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or re-cleaning if:

  • Your garment is returned damaged due to our fault.
  • The cleaning service was not delivered as promised.
  • You were charged incorrectly or billed for services not availed.
  • We failed to pick up or deliver after multiple attempts.

3. Conditions for Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear pictures and details of the issue.
  • Provide the original order receipt and payment confirmation.

Once verified, we will issue a full or partial refund, or offer free re-service for the same item.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Damage due to pre-existing fabric issues or color fading.
  • Wrong washing labels or special handling not informed by the customer.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of service delivery.
  • Customer is not available at the time of pickup or delivery.

5. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
