Pickup and delivery times are generally adhered to, but unforeseen delays due to weather, traffic, or other operational factors may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Iron Buddy is not responsible for garments not collected within 30 days from the date of delivery attempt. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
